Analysis of the defaults in bond issued for a 5-years period (2005-2009)

Impairment of financial and operating results of the companies, tightening of lending policy of the banking institutions, increase in distrust between participants of the stock market resulted in the increase of non-fulfillment of obligations by the bond issuers. Credit-Rating Ltd. has drawn up the analysis of the occurred defaults, which consisted of the following: key methodological approaches of the agency to calculate the non-fulfillment of obligations by the issuers, analysis of the default distribution by credit rating categories, default types and types of economic activities of the defaulted issuers as well as analysis of the fulfillment of obligations by the borrowers after the default occurred. |
