Not All To Be Helped
D. Isayenko, a deputy minister for regional development and construction
said in a recent interview that in deciding as to funding the completion of consturction
projects with budget funds 'the State Mortgage Institution does not permit to use bonds.
That is why a decision not to help companies which issue bonds was adopted. From the
other hand we realize who issue bonds - the entities does it in order to minimize tax
burden. And the government decided not to consider them'.
