Regional Rating Scale for CIS Countries: Laying Down Ground for Foreign Investments

June 2, 2010 UNIAN Information Agency hosted a press-conference at which Credit-Rating
presented Regional Rating Scale for CIS Countries. This scale is intended for evaluation
of risks of obligors that operate in CIS countries and of their debts.
