Promekonombank to be assigned a national-scale rating
Credit-Rating, a nationally-recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today announced the upcoming assignment of credit rating to the Donetsk-based Promekonombank OJSC. In April Credit-Rating concluded an agreement on obtaining the rating. In the course of 2 months Credit-Rating has been examining the Banks inside documentation and financial statements for the past 5 years, and negotiating with the Banks management and authorized representatives. As a result June will see the assignment of the national-scale rating to the Bank.
Earlier Credit-Rating assigned the uaBBB- long-term credit rating to the 3-year
UAH10m issue of registered coupon bonds by the Bank. The rating to the issue was assigned
on
September 26, 2005 and has been monitored during 1 Ѕ year by the agency.
