Outlook on the credit rating assigned to the bond issue by LVB LLC changed
Credit-Rating, a nationally-recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine, has today changed to Positive from Stable the outlook on the long-term credit rating uaCCC assigned to the registered housing bond issue (A series) by the Lvivbased LVB LLC for the amount of UAH 32.5m with two years and a half original maturity. At present, LVB LLC carries out a project for the construction of an apartment building complex in Lviv. To revise the rating`s outlook, the agency used financial statements of LVB LLC for 1Q2007 as well as other inside information furnished by the company.
An obligor or a debt liability with uaCCC credit rating is characterized with the VERY LOW creditworthiness as compared to other Ukrainian obligors or debt liabilities. There is a default possibility.
A Positive outlook indicates that there is a possibility to upgrade the rating in the course of the year, on the condition that positive tendencies are maintained and that current risks are reduced.
In the course of the procedure for the change in the rating`s outlook
the following factors were taken into account: as of
April 20, 2007, the excavation and foundation work was 80% completed; the transformer
substation was constructed; installation of equipment is being completed and the first
floors of the complex are being built at the construction site located at 23,
Golovatskogo Str., Lviv.
