Credit rating to bond issue by Avtopromkhim LLC upgraded to uaB
Credit-Rating, a nationally-recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today upgraded to uaB from uaCCC the long-term credit rating assigned to UAH30.6m 2 Ѕ-year issue of registered housing bonds (B, C series) by Kiev-based Avtopromkhim LLC (`Issuer` or `company`). Today the company constructs a residential building with installed premises and underground parking in the city of Kiev. To revise the rating the agency considered Issuer`s financial statements for 2Q2007 as well as other inside information furnished by the company.
An obligor or a debt liability with uaB credit rating is characterized with the LOW creditworthiness as compared to other Ukrainian obligors or debt liabilities. This level of creditworthiness is extremely susceptible to adverse changes in commercial, financial and economic conditions.
To revise the rating Credit-Rating took into account the fact that the Issuer has increased the volume of investments to UAH14.4m, which is 20% of the project cost, in 80-82, Dmitrovskaya str, Kiev.
