Credit-Rating: Optima-Leasing bonds upgraded to uaBBB
Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today upgraded to uaBBB from uaBB+ (uaBB plus) long-term credit rating assigned to registered coupon bonds (A and B series) issued by Kiev-based Optima-Leasing LLC (`Issuer` or `company`). The issue size and maturity are as follows: A series UAH10m and B series UAH10m both with 3-year original maturity. Credit-Rating has also revised the outlook on the rating to Stable from Positive. The company provides services on operating and financial leasing and on car renting. To revise the rating the agency considered Issuer`s financial statements for 2Q2007 as well as other inside information furnished by the company.
An obligor or a debt liability with uaBBB credit rating is characterized with the SUFFICIENT creditworthiness as compared to other Ukrainian obligors or debt liabilities. This level of creditworthiness is affected by adverse changes in commercial, financial and economic conditions.
`Stable` outlook indicates that there are no anticipated reasons to change the rating in the course of the year.
In the course of the rating`s revision procedure Credit-Rating took into account the fact that the company has gradually been expanding its primary activity with the trend of upward profitability and good asset quality retained.
