Credit-Rating: Vitaminy`s rating placed on Rating Watch List
Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today placed a speculative grade rating of uaBB assigned to UAH5m 5-year registered coupon bonds (A series) issued by Vitaminy OJSC (`Issuer` or `company`) on Rating Watch List (RWL) with Negative Outlook.
The Issuer`s rating has been placed on RWL as a result from the disclosure of information in open sources about company`s delays of salary payments for several months, partial stoppage of production, and possible changes in ownership structure.
The Rating Watch List is intended for informing the financial market participants about possible changes of ratings in short-term prospective. The rating placed on RWL denotes that Credit-Rating is currently considering its change as a result of events or ongoing trends, which may negatively affect creditworthiness of a rating`s bearer.
Negative outlook indicates that there is a possibility to downgrade the rating in the course of the year, on condition that negative tendencies are retained and current risks are realized.
