Credit-Rating to assign rating to B.R.K. LLC
Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today announced that it will assign a credit rating to UAH254m 9-year coupon bonds to be issued by Kiev-based B.R.K. LLC (`Issuer` or `company`). The company`s principal activity is construction. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider Issuer`s financial statements and other information furnished by the company.
A credit rating assigned to a debt obligation indicates company`s capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on the obligation. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of Issuer`s bonds.
