Credit-Rating to rate Diamant Jewellery and Faceting Company`s bond issue
Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today announced that it will assign a long-term credit rating to UAH50m 10-year discount bonds (series A) to be issued by Illychevsk-based Diamant Jewellery and Faceting Company LLC (`Issuer` or `company`). The company`s principal activity is investing and construction. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will analyze Issuer`s financial statements and its other inside information.
A credit rating assigned to a debt obligation indicates company`s capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on the obligation. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of Issuer`s bonds.
