Credit-Rating assigns B.R.K. LLC`s bond issue uaCC
Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today announced that it assigned a long-term credit rating of uaCC to registered coupon bonds (series A-W) issued by Kiev-based B.R.K. LLC (`issuer` or `company`). The amount of the issue is UAH254.03m, due Dec. 31, 2016. The company`s principal activity is financial brokerage, management and commercial consulting, and investment-construction and financial activities. Today the company plans to build a multifunctional centre located in the borough of Kozin (Kiev Oblast). In the course of analysis Credit-Rating issuer`s financial statements for 2007 as well as its other inside information.
Factors constraining the credit rating
- The issue size of UAH254.03m exceeds the amount of issuer`s assets of UAH0.05m as of Dec. 31, 2007.
- Issuer`s short track record accompanied by absence of income sources.
- The issuer does not have a development strategy.
- Information opacity.
