Credit-Rating to rate Zolotoye Pole OJSC`s bond issue
Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today announced that it will assign a credit rating to coupon bonds to be issued by Crimea-based Zolotoye Polye OJSC (`issuer` or `company`). The amount of the issue is to be UAH20m, with 2 ½-year original maturity. The company`s principal activity is gardening and wine-making. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider issuer`s financial statements and its other inside information.
A credit rating assigned to an obligor (entity) indicates its capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on obligations. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of Issuer`s bonds.
Information on all credit ratings assigned in accordance with the National Rating Scale may be found in REUTERS and BLOOMBERG information systems.
