Credit-Rating to assign rating to Ketam LLC`s bond issue
Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today announced that it will assign a credit rating to housing bonds to be issued by Kiev-based Ketam LLC (`issuer` or `company`). The amount of the issue is to be UAH16.4m, with 2 ½-year original maturity. The company`s principal activity is investing and construction. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider issuer`s financial statements and its other inside information.
A credit rating assigned to an issue of debt securities indicates issuer`s capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on obligations. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of issuer`s bonds.
