Credit-Rating to rate Manufaktura LLC`s bond issue
Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today announced that it has commenced procedure on assignment of a credit rating to coupon bonds (series A and B) to be issued by Kiev Oblast-based Manufaktura LLC (`issuer` or `company`). The amount of the issue is UAH30m, with 3-year original maturity. The company`s principal activity is wholesale and retail trade with textile goods. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider issuer`s financial statements and its other inside information.
A credit rating assigned to issue of debt securities indicates issuer`s capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on obligations. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of issuer`s bonds.
