Credit-Rating to rate Bank Renaissance Capital LLC`s bond issue
Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today announced that it has commenced a procedure on assignment of a credit rating to coupon bonds (series B, C) to be issued by Kiev-based Bank Renaissance Capital LLC (`bank`). The amount of the issue is to be UAH300m, with 3-year original maturity. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider bank`s financial statements and its other inside information.
A credit rating assigned to issue of debt securities indicates issuer`s capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on obligations. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of issuer`s bonds.
