Credit-Rating places NIVA LLC`s rating on Rating Watch List
Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today announced that it has placed on Rating Watch List with negative outlook a speculative-grade rating of uaB assigned to registered coupon bonds (series A) issued by Rivne Oblast-based Agricultural Company NIVA LLC (`issuer` or `company`) for the amount of UAH15m with 3-year original maturity.
The issuer`s rating has been placed on the Rating Watch List, which was prompted by delay in repayment company`s bonds, which was to occur on August 27, 2008.
The Rating Watch List is intended for informing the financial market participants about possible changes of ratings in short-term prospective. The rating placed on RWL denotes that Credit-Rating is currently considering its change as a result of events or ongoing negative trends, which may negatively affect creditworthiness of a rating`s bearer.
Negative outlook indicates that there is a possibility to downgrade the rating in the course of the year, on condition that negative tendencies are retained and current risks are realized.
