June 2009
June saw 6 credit-ratings assigned by Credit-Rating, 10 ratings have been upgraded, 32 ratings have been downgraded, outlooks on 28 ratings have been changed, 12 ratings have been suspended, and 7 ratings have been withdrawn. In this period Credit-Rating has also assigned 1 bank deposit rating (BDR), with 1 BDR suspended, and 1 BDR withdrawn.

June 25 Renome LLC (Kiev): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered housing bonds (series A) for the amount of UAH15.5m, with 2-year original maturity has been downgraded to uaCCC with stable outlook from uaB+.
June 26 Krymska Yurydychna Grupa LLC (Crimea): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered housing bonds (series A-X) for the amount of UAH87m due Sep. 30, 2009 has been downgraded to uaCC with stable outlook from uaB-.
June 30 Konstanta LLC (Zaporizhzhia): the long-term credit ratings assigned to registered housing bonds (series A and series B) for the amount of UAH106.3m and UAH136.2m respectively, with 3 Ѕ-year original maturity, have been downgraded to uaCCC with stable outlook from uaB.

June 18 SEB Bank OJSC (Kiev): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered coupon bonds (series A) for the amount of UAH100m due Jan. 21, 2013 has been upgraded to uaAA with stable outlook from uaA.
Credit-Rating agency has operated in the Ukrainian market since 2001 being committed to assignment of the national scale ratings. The agency has assigned 1051 ratings, specifically to 821 Ukrainian companies, 169 financial institutions and 61 municipalities and their debts, 1 corporate governance rating and 76 bank deposit ratings.
As of July 01, 2009 Credit-Rating maintains monitoring of 813 ratings, in fact 632 of corporate, 131 of financial and 50 of municipal sectors.
