Credit-Rating`s rating actions in May 2009

May saw 4 credit ratings assigned by Credit-Rating, 1 rating has been upgraded, 10 ratings have been downgraded, outlooks on 5 ratings have been changed, 52 ratings have been suspended, and 7 ratings have been withdrawn.


COUNTERPARTY RATINGS

Municipal sector

May 20             City of Ivano-Frankivsk: a long-term investment grade rating of uaBBB+ has been assigned to the city.

 

Corporate sector

May 7              Karavan LLC ( Kiev): the long-term credit rating has been downgraded to uaCCC with negative outlook from uaBB. The rating has been removed from Rating Watch List.

May 19             Galneftekhim CJSC (Lviv): the company`s long-term credit rating has been suspended.

May 19             Ukragro NPK CJSC (Kiev): the company`s long-term credit rating has been suspended.

May 29             Pritchernomorye CB OJSC (Dnepropetrovsk): the bank`s long-term credit rating has been withdrawn.

May 29             Bank Familnyi LLC (Donetsk): the bank`s long-term credit rating has been withdrawn.

May 19             UkrTechnoFos LLC (Rivne): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered coupon bonds (series C, D) for the amount of UAH57m has been suspended.

May 22             Holding Company Systemni Investytsiyi LLC (Kiev): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered housing bonds (series A-C) for the amount of UAH85m has been withdrawn.

May 15             Imexbank JSCB (Odessa): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered coupon bonds (series A and B) for the amount of UAH250m  has been downgraded to uaBBB with negative outlook from uaA . The rating remains on Rating Watch List.

May 20             Optima-Leasing (Kiev Oblast): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered coupon bonds (series B) for the amount of UAH10m has been suspended.

May 29             Pritchernomorye CB OJSC (Dnepropetrovsk): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered coupon bonds (series B, C) for the amount of UAH10m has been withdrawn.

Credit-Rating agency has operated in the Ukrainian market since 2001 being committed to assignment of the national scale ratings. The agency has assigned 1044 ratings, specifically to 816 Ukrainian companies, 168 financial institutions and 59 municipalities and their debts, 1 corporate governance rating and 75 bank deposit ratings.

As of June 01, 2009 Credit-Rating maintains monitoring of 813 ratings, in fact 633 of corporate, 132 of financial and 48 of municipal sectors.
