Credit-Rating to rate LOGO SFERA LLC’s and PROMIN NIK LLC’s bonds
Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today announced that it commenced the procedure of assignment of long-term credit ratings to coupon bonds (series A-C) to be issued by Kiev-based LOGO SFERA LLC for the amount of UAH250m and to coupon bonds (series A-C) to be issued by Kiev-based PROMIN NIK LLC for the amount of UAH250m. The core business of both companies is consulting in management and commercial affairs. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider financial statements and other inside information to be furnished by both companies.
Information on all credit ratings assigned in accordance with the National Rating Scale may be found in REUTERS and BLOOMBERG information systems.
