May 18 ERDE BANK OJSC (Kiev): the long-term credit rating of uaBB+ has been upgraded to uaBBB- (provisional). The outlook on the rating is stable.

Municipal sector
May 25 Kharkiv City Council: a long-term credit rating of uaA has been assigned to upcoming issue of coupon bonds (series D) for the amount of UAH500m due Jul. 21, 2015. The outlook on the rating is stable.
Corporate sector
May 13 ` Agroekoprodukt CJSC (Cherkassy Oblast): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered coupon bonds (series A, B) for the amount of UAH50m has been downgraded to uaBBB+ with stable outlook from uaA-.
May 31 PLANETA PE (Crimea): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered housing bonds (series A-C) for the amount of UAH16.7m has been upgraded to uaBB with stable outlook from uaB.
Financial sector
May 27 ARTA Securities LLC (Kiev): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered coupon bonds (series B) for the amount of UAH30m due May 10, 2011 has been retained at uaB with stable outlook.
Credit-Rating agency has operated in the Ukrainian market since 2001 being committed to assignment of the national scale ratings. The agency has assigned 1083 ratings, specifically to 844 Ukrainian companies, 177 financial institutions and 62 municipalities and their debts, 1 corporate governance rating, 84 bank deposit ratings and 2 insurer strength ratings.
