Credit-Rating’s Rating Actions in October 2010

October saw 3 credit ratings assigned by the agency, 5 credit ratings have been upgraded, 1 credit rating has been downgraded, outlooks on 5 ratings have been revised, 19 ratings have been suspended, and 12 ratings have been withdrawn.

 

COUNTERPARTY RATINGS

Municipal sector

October 18 City of Poltava: the long-term credit rating has been affirmed at uaA. The outlook on the rating is stable.

Financial sector

October 12 FINBANK PJSC (Odessa): a long-term credit rating of uaBBB- (provisional) has been assigned to the bank.

October 15 PLATINUM BANK PJSC (Kiev): a long-term credit rating of uaA has been assigned to the bank. The outlook on the rating is stable.

 

ISSUE RATINGS

Corporate sector

October 8 Investment and Construction Group LLC (Kiev): the long-term credit ratings assigned to registered housing bonds (series A and series B-C) for the amount of UAH9.9m and UAH16m respectively, have been upgraded to uaCCC from uaB- with stable outlook.

October 29 Vyrobnychyi Vektor LLC (Kiev): the long-term credit ratings assigned to registered housing bonds (series J, K, L) for the amount of UAH105m, UAH19.8m, UAH230.1m respectively, have been upgraded to uaBB with stable outlook from uaB-.

Financial sector

October 11 Ukrgasbank JSB (Kiev): the long-term credit ratings assigned to coupon bonds (series A and series D, E) for the amount of UAH100m and UAH200m respectively, have been upgraded to uaBBB with stable outlook from uaBB.

October 15 PLATINUM BANK PJSC (Kiev): a long-term credit rating of uaA with stable outlook has been assigned to registered coupon bonds (series A) for the amount of UAH100m.

Credit-Rating agency has operated in the Ukrainian market since 2001 being committed to assignment of the national scale ratings. The agency has assigned 1108 ratings, specifically to 846 Ukrainian companies, 191 financial institutions and 71 municipalities and their debts, 1 corporate governance rating, 86 bank deposit ratings and 3 insurer strength ratings.

As of November 1, 2010 Credit-Rating maintains monitoring of 619 ratings, in fact 462 of corporate, 103 of financial and 54 of municipal sectors and 58 bank deposit ratings and 2 insurer strength ratings.
