Credit-Rating revised PJSC ING Bank Ukraine long term rating
Credit-Rating revised the long-term credit rating assigned to PJSC ING Bank Ukraine (Kiev, Ukraine) at uaAAA (National Ukrainian Rating Scale) with stable outlook. To revise the rating Credit-Rating considered financial statements of PJSC ING Bank Ukraine for 2009, 2010 and 1 half 2011, as well as other inside information submitted by the Bank within the rating procedure.
An obligor or a debt liability withuaAAAcredit rating is characterized with the HIGHEST creditworthiness as compared to other Ukrainian obligors or debt liabilities.A plus "+" and a minus "-" signs indicate intermediary categories compared to the standard categories (grades).
Stableoutlook indicates that there are no anticipated reasons to change the rating in the course of the year.
Factors maintaining the credit rating:

high level of bank capitalization and funding base of moderate cost enabling the Bank to hold competitive positions on financial market;
