Credit rating bond issue of UkrTechnoFos, Ltd. upgraded at «uaB+»
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the raise of a long-term credit rating of UkrTechnoFos, Ltd. registered interest bearing bonds issuance in the amount of five million UAH for a two year circulation period to the “uaВ+” rating in Ukrainian national scale. The forecast of the rating has been changed to positive. The main type of activities of the company is production of high concentrated mineral fertilizers.
While raising the credit rating, it was taken into consideration that during the first quarter of 2005 UkrTechnoFos, Ltd. continued to raise its mineral fertilizers production volume (in the first quarter it produced 1.9 thousand tons of tukomixture, that is 40% more than during the same period in 2004). A positive pace of production volume increase mirrored production sale volumes: quarter returns on net sale volume made up 9.8 million UAH (77% more than in the first quarter of 2004). The net profit volume during the quarter increased by 2.7 times compared to the same period last year to 271.4 thousand UAH. The assets of the company increased to 10.2 million UAH.
UkrTechnoFos, Ltd. completed placement of its own bonds in the amount of five million UAH on June 26, 2005 which is quicker than one month (instead of six months according to the plan). The issuer was placed at a premium, which made it cheaper for the issuer to attract money resources.
