“uaCC” credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of «Stolichnie stroitelnie tehnologii» Ltd
Today the independent rating agency announced the assignment of a long term «uaCC» credit rating to the issue of registered discount bonds of «Stolichnie stroitelnie tehnologii» Ltd for 50 million UAH with four year circulation period. Investment building is the major activity of the company. The purpose of bonds issue is fund borrowing for real estate operations. In the process of analyzing «Credit-Rating» agency has used a complete financial statement of the issuer, as well as internal information, given by the company.
Factors supporting the rating level:

Growing of real estate market in Ukraine, as well as price growing for dwellings and premises, that are the objects of fund investments, received from the company’s registered discount bonds issue.

By the date of compiling the statement, the issuer didn’t start operating, what makes the analyses of the company’s development difficult.

The issue amount is significant comparatively to the company’s assets amount.
