“uaK4” credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of PF "DIM" Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced granting of short-term "uak4" credit rating to registered interest-free (target) bond (A-G series) issue by PC DIM in the amount of UAH 2.7 million with a circulation period of 10 months. The company’s main activity is investment-construction. PC DIM is currently managing a construction project of recreation center complex in Koktabel, AR Crimea.
Factors supporting the credit rating’s level:

Dynamical development of accommodation and commercial real estate market in AR Crimea due to stable high demand for real estate in recreation zone;

All licenses for construction of the second start-up complex of recreation center that is to be financed through interest-free (target) bond issue;

Matching financing of the project with Ukrsotsbud, Ltd, its principle founder being JSCB Ukrsotsbank, one of the first class banks according to National Bank of Ukraine.
Factors restricting the credit rating’s level:

Lack of experience in construction and sale of residential complexes as well as public fund-raising for construction;

construction of the recreation center is on the beginning stage;
-
Undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of transactions connected with construction and in particular with finance-raising.
