"Credit rating" upgraded credit-rating of "Proizvodstvenniy Vector", Ltd to "uaCCC"
Today independent rating agency Credit Rating announced the upgrade of a long-term credit rating of registered interest-free (target) bond issues by Proizvodstveny Vector, Ltd (A series in the amount of UAH 14.31 million, B series UAH 58 million, C series UAH 145 million with a circulation period of 5 years) from uaCCC- to uaCCC . The main trend of the companys activity after the conversion in 2004 is construction and investment.
Considerations for the credit rating's upgrade of Proizvodstveny Vector, Ltd included the fact that during the 4 th quarter of 2005 Proizvodstveny Vector, Ltd continued financing the construction of residential complex in Mekhanizatorov street 2, in Solomensky district of Kyiv. Since the beginning of the year the assets grew by 17.5 times owing to the companys management of construction project of residential complex. According to the results of 2005 the company received a negative financial result in the amount of UAH 6.3 million. Proizvodstveny Vector, Ltd has basic licensing documents for construction. By the end of Dec. 2005 30% of construction and start-up and commissioning works were completed.
