uaB” credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of "Dobrobud" Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term uaB credit rating to the registered interest-free (target) bond issue (A, B series) by Construction Center Dobrobud, Ltd (Cherkasy) in the amount of UAH 48.9 million with a circulation period of 4 years. The companys top priority activity is production of reinforced concrete products, concrete, mortar and also construction and investment activity.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level :
- Dobrobud company group that includes the Issuer has experience in construction and contract works: more than 10 construction projects of accommodation real estate were accomplished;
- CC Dobrobud, Ltd is a member of Dobrobud company group that offers services in the construction market and provides the Issuer with building materials and equipment which reduces dependence on suppliers and cuts the production cost.
Factors restricting the credit rating's level :
- Lack of all licensing documents on one of the two facilities to be financed through the bond offering;
- The Issuer has no experience in bond redemption through provision of residential and commercial facilities;
- Undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of operations with construction and in particular fund-raising.
