"Credit rating" upgraded credit-rating of Odessa-Interproject, Ltd to "uaCCC-"
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the upgrade of a long credit rating of interest-free target bond issue by Odessa-Interproject, Ltd (A, B series) in the amount of UAH 9.53 million with a circulation period of 1.5 years from uaCC- to uaCCC- . For the rating revision rating agency Credit-Rating used complete financial reports of Odessa-Interproject for the fourth quarter and 2005 on the whole, as well as other inside information provided by the Issuer.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level :
- Amicable settlement agreement between executive committee of Odessa city council and Odessa-Interproject, Ltd with regard to case #30/219-05-7125 dated 11.10.2005 concerning the obligation of Odessa-Interproject, Ltd to demolish two unauthorized floors to the residential house in Chaikovskogo alley, 9 and the construction of six-storied residential house in accordance with the approved documentation; ;
- Documents for temporary use of land plot for the period till 05.01.2007.
Factors restricting the credit rating's level :
- Necessity to receive permit for construction works.
