uaB credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of Construction, Ltd
Independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term uaB credit rating to the scheduled registered interest-free (target) bond issues (A-K series) by Construction, Ltd (Mykolayiv) in the amount of UAH 19.3 million with a circulation period of 1.5 years. The companys main activity is investment and construction.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level :
- Available all licensing documents for construction of residential building to be financed through the bond offering;
- The project is financed on a matching contribution basis with Ukrsotsbud, Ltd founded by JSCB Ukrsotsbank (99.9%) which is among the top banks according to NBU classification.
Factors restricting the credit rating's level :
- The issuer has no experience in realization of construction projects of residential buildings, neither in bond redemption by providing their holders with apartments;
- The construction of the residential building to be financed through the bond offering is at the beginning stage;
- Undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation of operations with construction and fund-raising.
