uaCCC credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of "Glavmash", Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term uaCCC credit rating to seven registered interest-free (target) bond issues by BC Glavmash, Ltd (Kharkiv) of A-Z series in the total amount of UAH 58.96 million with a circulation period till 12.30.2008. The companys main activity is investment and construction.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level:
- all licensing documents available for construction of residential complex to be financed with funds raised from the target bond offering;
- the Issue is involved in activity related to construction of residential and commercial facilities in Kharkiv, where the prices kept growing over the past five years.
Factors restricting the credit rating's level:
- lack of experience in realization of construction of residential houses and bond redemption by providing their holders with facilities;
- construction of the residential complex has not begun;
- undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of operations with construction as well as fund-raising.
