Credit-rating changes Amstor, Ltd rating outlook to positive
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announce the confirmation of the long-term uaBB+ credit rating to the registered interest-bearing bond issue (A-D series) with a circulation period of 3 years and (E, F series) of 5 years. The rating forecast is changed for positive. The Issuer is the main company in Amstor group, the primary activity of which is retail trade and construction of large-scale trade canters.
For the revision of the credit rating the following was taken into consideration: in the first quarter, 2006, the assets of Amstor company group grew almost by UAH 60 million or by 11.0% and as of 04.01.2006 they amounted to UAH 606.6 million, including UAH 454.4 million assets of Amstor, Ltd, which increased by UAH 72.2 million or almost by 20% over the analyzed period. The sales volumes of Amstor company group in Jan.-Mar. 2006 were UAH 149.1 million, at the same time the net revenue of Amstor group was UAH 2.1 million, including UAH 787.7 thousand the Issuers revenue, almost 38% of total revenue of the company group. As before the basic operating money flows of the group are formed by Trading House Amstor, Ltd, while Amstor, Ltd actively manages investment activity.
