uaK3 credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of "Holding Kievgorstroiy-1", Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a short-term uaK3 credit rating to the scheduled registered interest-free (special-purpose) bond issue by Holding Kyivgorstroy-1 Ltd (Kyiv) in the amount of UAH 10.67 million with a circulation period of 6 months. The companys main activity is construction. Holding Kyivgorstroy-1 Ltd is currently managing the construction of a residential house in Obolon district of Kyiv.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level:
- The Issuer is a member of Stolitsa corporation, including Kyivs leading construction companies, that built and put into operation over 150 thousand sq. m. of living area during 2005 1 st quarter 2006;
- The construction of the residential house to be financed through the bond offering is at the completion stage.
Factors restricting the credit ratings' level:
- Lack of experience in realization of construction projects of residential houses and bond redemption by providing bond holders with accommodation facilities;
- Undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of operations with construction.
