Credit-rating changes rating outlook of Cherkassy Poultry Factory, Ltd to positive
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the confirmation of the long-term credit rating to the registered interest-bearing bond issue by Cherkassy Poultry Factory in the amount of UAH 15 million with a circulation period of 3 years at the level of uaBBB . The rating forecast is changed for positive. The company raises and sells chicken broilers.
The following was taken into consideration when changing the credit rating forecast of Cherkassy Poultry Factory Ltd: in the first quarter 2006 the company went on with active expansion of its production facilities, and set into operation new poultry houses and reconstructed some old ones with equipment assembled and installed to raise chicken broilers. This enabled Cherkassy Poultry Factory to increase the net sales volume by UAH 13.3 million to UAH 25.2 million and gain the net revenue of UAH 11,2 million, 5.5 times above the level of the previous year. The net revenue volume was obtained through increase of number of raised poultry and expansion of production capacities. This consequently resulted in investment expenses formed by loans, the share of which is 56.5% of the companys assets (as of 31.03.2006).
