Credit-Rating upgrade rating of CJSC National Building Company, Ltd to uaCCC
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the upgrade of the long-term credit rating to the registered interest-free (special-purpose) bond issue (A, B, C series) by CJSC National Building Company in the amount of UAH 101.3 million with a circulation period of 3.5 years from uaCC+ to uaCCC. The companys main activity is investment and construction.
The following was taken into consideration when upgrading the credit rating to CJSC National Building Company: all licensing documents are received and construction is actively managed at the facilities to be financed through the bond issue. Financial and economic activity of the company in the first quarter 2006 resulted in a slight decrease of the total balance and net revenue. As of 31.03.2006 the total balance of CJSC NBC was UAH 59 441.4 thousand, net revenue earned over this period UAH 36.9 thousand.
