uaB credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of "PoltavTransBud-Invest", Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term uaB credit rating to the scheduled registered interest-free discount bond issue (A series) by Poltavtransbud-Invest Ltd ( Poltava) in the amount of UAH 65 million with a circulation period of 10 years. The companys main activity is investment and construction.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level:
- Control over the activity of Poltavtransbud-Invest Ltd is performed by OJSC Poltavtransbud (99.2% of the Issuers authorized fund), that takes a leading place in Poltava market of accommodation construction and has a large experience in realization of construction projects (over 53 thousand sq. m. of living area put into operation).
Factors restricting the credit rating's level:
- The Issuer was registered in Feb. 2006 and did not manage any financial and economic activity which complicates the quality assessment of the companys development dynamics;
- Undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of operations with construction and in particular fund-raising.
