uaCC+ credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of "The industrial-investment company "GorGan", Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term uaCC+ credit rating to the scheduled registered interest-free (discount) bond issue by Production Investment Company GorGan Ltd (Ivano-Frankivsk region) in the amount of UAH 5 million with a circulation period of 10 years. The companys main activity is investment and construction. PIC GorGan Ltd is currently financing construction of three residential buildings in Dolyna.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level:
- Experience in contractor works.
Factors restricting the credit rating's level:
- Te Issuer was registered Oct. 2005, which complicates the quality assessment of the companys progress;
- Te Issuer has no experience in construction and sales of accommodation facilities, as well as public fund-raising for construction financing;
- Udetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of operations with construction and in particular with fundraising.
