Credit-Rating upgrade rating "UkrTechnoFos", Ltd to uaBB
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the upgrade of the long-term credit rating of the registered interest-bearing bonds (B series) by UkrTekhnoFos Ltd (Rivne) in the amount of UAH 5 million with a circulation period of 2 years to uaBB level. The companys main activity is production of mixed compound fertilizers, and wholesale and retail trade of fertilizers, pesticides and agricultural chemicals.
The following was taken into consideration when upgrading the credit rating of UkrTekhnoFos Ltd: the Issuers dynamic development over the past 5 years: increase of net sales volume by 16 times to UAH 57.6 million; total balance by 21 times to UAH 14.4 million and owned capital from UAH 0.04 million to 2.3 million (including the 1 st quarter 2006).
