uaB credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of Financial-building group, Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term uaB credit rating to the scheduled registered interest-free (special-purpose) bond issue (A-D series) by Financial-Construction Group Ltd (Kharkiv) in the amount of UAH 6.7 million with a circulation period till 03.01.2008. The companys main activity is investment and construction. The company is currently managing the construction of a residential house in Kharkiv region.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level:
- the Issuer has a positive experience in general contractor works (the Issuer has built a residential building in the total area of 3 612.40 sq.m., and is also realizing a construction project of residential house in the total area of 2 736.15 sq.m., which is 90% complete;
- all licensing documents available for construction of the residential house to be financed through the bond offering;
- the Issuer is involved in activity related to accommodation construction in Kharkiv and its suburban areas, where the prices kept growing over the past five years.
Factors restricting the credit rating's level:
- the Issuer has no experience in realizing of construction projects as client, nor in bond redemption by providing bond holders with facilities;
- the construction of the facility to be financed through the bond offering is at the beginning stage;
- undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of operations with construction and in particular fund-raising.
