uaB credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of "Energobudleasing", Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term uaB credit rating to the scheduled registered interest-free (special-purpose) bond issue (C series) by Company Energobudleasing, Ltd (Kyiv) in the amount of UAH 43 million with a circulation period till 31.12.2011. The companys main activity is investment and construction. Company Energobudleasing, Ltd is currently planning to finance the construction of a residential building in Kyiv.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level:
- experience in financing construction projects of residential buildings;
- the Issuer finances the construction of residential and commercial facilities in Kyiv, where the prices kept growing over the past 5 years.
Factors restricting the credit rating's level:
- the construction project of the residential building to be financed through the bond offering is at the beginning stage of approving project documents;
- undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of operations with construction and in particular fund-raising.
