uaB credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of PF "DITA", Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term uaB credit rating to the registered discount bond issue (B series) by PF Dita (Khmelnytsky) in the amount of UAH 20 million with a circulation period of 10 years. The companys main activity is construction of commercial and accommodation real estate and repair works.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level:
- ten years of positive experience in general contractor works which increased the Issuers assets during 2002-2005 by 3 times to UAH 4.38 million; the net sales volume grew 1.4 times to UAH 14.5 million and the net income came up 3 times to UAH 0.75 million in 2005.
Factors restricting the credit rating's level:
- the bond issue volume exceeds the Issuers owned capital by 8 times, the assets by 4.5 times;
- the Issuer makes a long-term bond issue which complicates the forecast of the firms development till the redemption date in 2016;
- undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of operations with construction and fund-raising.
