uaBBB+ credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of Perspectiva Investment, Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term uaBBB+ credit rating to the registered interest-free (special purpose) bond issue (D-F series) by Perspektiva Investment Ltd (Dnipropetrovsk) in the amount of UAH 113.6 million with a circulation period of 5 years. The companys main activity is construction and reconstruction of residential and commercial facilities. Perspektiva Investment Ltd is currently managing a long-term investment project to reconstruct and develop the central part of Dnipropetrovsk.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level:
- experience in construction financing through bond issue and bond redemption by providing the holders with residential facilities;
- perspektiva Investment Ltd is a member of construction corporation Perspektiva that includes 6 building companies, has a nine-year working experience in construction and has put 9 large-scale projects into operation;
- by means of the bond offering the Issuer plans to finance the construction of residential complex Amfiteatr, elite building complex Krutogor which is 82% complete (Perspektiva Corporation has put into operation two blocks of buildings with total area of 37 thousand sq. m.);
- highly skilled company management with considerable working experience in particular in construction.
Factors restricting the credit rating's level:
- the issue volume is 5.7% larger than the Issuers own capital;
- undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of operations with construction and in particular fund-raising.
