uaCCC+ credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of AUTOCOM, Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term credit rating uaCCC+ to the scheduled registered interest-free (special purpose) bond issue (A-W series) by Autocom Ltd (Yalta) in the amount of UAH 30 million with a circulation period till 28.02.2009. The companys main activity is construction investment. Autocom Ltd is currently managing the construction project of holiday hotel in Gaspra, AR Crimea.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level:
- all licensing documents available for construction of the holiday hotel to be financed through the bond offering;
- the Issuer is involved in the activity related to financing of residential and commercial facilities in AR Crimea, where the prices kept growing in the recent years.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level:
- lack of experience in realization of construction projects of residential buildings and bond redemption by providing the holders with facilities;
- as of 05.07.2006 the construction of the holiday hotel to be financed through the bond offering is at the beginning stage;
- undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of operations with construction and in particular fund-raising.
