uaCC credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of ACC Renaissance Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term uaCC credit rating to the scheduled registered interest-free (special purpose) bond issue (A series) by Architecture-Construction Center Renaissance Ltd (Cherkasy) in the amount of UAH 27.7 million with a circulation period of 2.5 years. The company’s main activity is construction investment. ACC Renaissance Ltd is currently planning to construct residential and office complex in Cherkasy.
Factors supporting the credit rating’s level:
- The Issuer is involved in the activity related to organization and financing of accommodation construction in Cherkasy, where the prices kept growing over the past three years.
Factors restricting the credit rating’s level:
- lack of experience either in realization of construction projects of residential houses, or bond redemption by providing the holders with facilities;
- the construction of the facility to be financed by funds from the bond offering is at the stage of receiving permitting documents;
- undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of operations with construction and in particular fund-raising.
