Credit rating to bond issue by Regional Construction Investments Ltd upgraded to uaCCC
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the upgrade of the long-term credit rating of the registered interest-free (special purpose) bond issue (A-N series) by Regional Construction Investments Ltd in the amount of UAH 100.3 million with a circulation period of 2 – 5.5 years from uaCCC- to uaCCC. The company’s main activity is construction investment.
The following was taken into account when upgrading the credit rating of Regional Construction Investments Ltd: the company received permit for construction of the facility. In Jan.-Jun. 2006 Regional Construction Investments continued financing the construction of a residential complex in Kotsyubynske community of Kyiv region. Over this period the assets grew by about 39 times through expansion of current assets due to the company’s management of construction project of residential complex and offering of the whole bond issue. However in the 1st half of 2006 the company had negative financial result in the amount of UAH 406.5 thousand.
