uaCCC+ credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of Alliance-Holding, Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term uaCCC+ credit rating to the scheduled registered interest-free (special purpose) bond issue (A series) by Alliance-Holding Ltd (Simferopil) in the amount of UAH 31 million with a circulation period of 1 year. The companys main activity is construction investment. Alliance-Holding Ltd is currently managing construction project of recreation center in AR of Crimea, Alushta.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level:
- all licensing documents available for construction of recreation center to be financed through funds raised from the bond offering;
- the Issuer is managing the construction project of recreation center on the Southern coast of AR of Crimea, where demand and prices kept growing in the recent years.
Factors restricting the credit rating's level:
- lack of experience in construction projects of residential and commercial facilities, or in bond redemption by providing the bondholders with facilities;
- construction project of recreation center is at the beginning stage (completion of the second floor);
- undetermined and unstable system of legal regulation and taxation of operations with construction and in particular fund raising.
