Credit ratin of bond issue by Ukrainian Metallurgic Company, Ltd is withdrawn
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the withdrawal of the short-term credit rating to the bond issue by Ukrainian Mining and Metallurgical Company Ltd in the amount of UAH 100 million with a circulation period of 1 year. The rating is withdrawn due to the complete and timely bond redemption.
The short-term uaK3 credit rating was assigned to the bond issue by Credit-Rating agency on Jul. 8, 2005. According to the National Rating Scale a short-term uaK3 rating of debt instrument implies the Issuers sufficient capability to discharge the debt and interests in full and timely. The Issuer has satisfactory cash flows and access to liquid resources to prevent predictable risks in the foreseeable future.
Ukrainian Mining and Metallurgical Company Ltd is a metal trader and represents interests of a number of metallurgical enterprises in storage, wholesale supplies and retail trade of rolled steel and steel articles.
