Credit rating of bond issue by LIKO-HOLDING, Ltd upgraded to uaBBB+
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the upgrade of the long-term credit rating to the registered interest-free (special purpose) bond issue (F-L series) by Territorial Inter-Business Association Liko-Holding Ltd in the amount of UAH 180 million with a circulation period till 10.04.2008 from uaBBB to uaBBB+. The companys main activity is construction investment.
The following was taken into account for the upgrade of credit rating to TMO Liko-Holding Ltd: the experience in construction financing through bond issue and bond redemption by providing holders with residential facilities. In the first half of 2006 TMO Liko-Holding Ltd continued managing the construction of residential complex Liko-Grad with social and cultural facilities. In the second quarter of 2006 the company put into operation three residential house of 3rd stage in Lomonosova street, 60/5 and 56, and a bay of residential house in Lomonosova street, 60-a. Another residential house of the 3 rd stage was at the completion stage as of 30.06.2006.
