uaCC credit rating assigned to upcoming bond issue of "Ugtransauto", Ltd
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the granting of a long-term uaCC credit rating to the registered interest-bearing bond issue (A series) by Yugtransavto Ltd (Odesa) in the amount of UAH 75 million with a circulation period of 1.5 years. The companys main activity is trade of food and non-food products and commercial real estate in Odesa.
Factors supporting the credit rating's level:
- growing demand for commercial facilities in Odesa in the recent years and the tendency to increase their cost.
Factors restricting the credit rating's level:
- the Issuer managed no economic activity since its creation;
- the issue volume UAH 75 million is much greater that the Issuers equity (UAH 11.2 thousand as of 01.04.2006).
