Credit-Rating changed the forecast of bond issues by Konti, Ltd on positive
Today independent rating agency Credit-Rating announced the confirmation of the long-term uaA- credit rating to the registered interest-bearing bond issue (A series) by CJSC Production Association Konti in the amount of UAH 80 million with a circulation period of 3 years. Rating forecast is changed to positive. The company is one of the largest confectionary producers in Ukraine. For credit rating revision the agency used Issuers financial reports for 2 quarter and I half of 2006 on the whole, as well as other inside information provided by the company.
The following was taken into consideration, when confirming the credit rating to CJSC PA Konti: increase of production and sales volumes: 33 thousand ton of confectionary were produced and UAH 224.5 million were received from sales during Apr.-Jun. 2006, which were 20% and 50% higher than respective indices of 2 quarter of 2005. In the first half of 2006 the product export grew by 3 thousand ton. The companys assets increased 5% over the period under study and amounted to UAH 608.4 million as of 01.07.2006.
