The "Credit Rating" agency has changed the Outlook to Negative of bonds issued by the Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management (CJSC)
The independent Credit Rating agency has today announced the change in Outlook from Stable to Negative for the uaBBB long-term credit rating of the registered interest-bearing bond issue (A series) of the "Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management" (CJSC) for the amount of UAH 10 mln. with the 5 year maturity term. The change in Outlook was entailed by the aggravation in the academy's activity caused by possible closing of a number of its affiliates. The main academy's activity is training and retraining of specialists of different educational and qualification levels as well as of the research and educational staff.
The Negative Outlook reflects a possibility of a rating's downgrade in the course of the year on condition that the negative tendencies are retained and risks are under realization.
